European Hotel Group Becomes Acquisition Target

Sunday PropTech has agreed to acquire Fletcher Hotels, which operates 170 hotels across the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. The deal gives the buyer a large existing hotel platform and further expansion opportunities in European hospitality. HPC can source independent hotel groups, resorts and leisure properties that could attract larger hospitality investors.
