Starbucks China Plans More Than RMB 300 Million in Store Upgrades and Staffing

On 22 October, City News Service reported that Starbucks China planned to invest more than RMB 300 million, approximately US$44.9 million, during its new fiscal year to refresh services, add staff during peak periods and renovate around 1,000 outlets. The amount is a planned business investment, not a disclosed HR contract or recruitment budget; employers and HR providers can explore workforce forecasting, staffing optimisation and training analytics, while HPC can support data-driven workforce planning with a project-specific quotation.
