A&G and Hines announced a planned €75 million redevelopment of an office building in Pozuelo de Alarcón into flexible accommodation with approximately 400 beds and educational facilities. The agreement was reported in October, but the original announcement was dated 15 October, outside the 19–26 October reporting window, so it is included only as relevant market context.
