Nepal Tests Rebuilt Electronic Government Procurement Portal

Reporting published on 18 October and updated on 22 October said Nepal was testing a replacement electronic Government Procurement portal after the previous system was suspended over security concerns in September. Technology providers, contractors and public-sector suppliers can monitor the system’s return and prepare for digital tendering; HPC can support secure workflows and procurement analytics, with no contract price announced for the portal testing in the reviewed report.
